She was funny, engaging, and kept the subject matter relevant to our group. Her pleasant demeanor and ability to skillfully work the room made the topic interesting.

We know talking about race, gender, sexuality, and classism at work is a NO, NO! But, we also know it is necessary to address the important issues at hand. Many of us are afraid to say the wrong thing; therefore, we avoid the conversation altogether. What if I helped you make the uncomfortable conversations, comfortable?

The topic of diversity, equity, and inclusion are at an all-time high right now. It has been proven that there is a direct correlation between inclusive teams, productivity, and revenue. According to the McKinsey & Company diversity report, “companies in the top-quartile for ethnic and cultural diversity on executive teams were 33% more likely to have industry-leading profitability.”

As a marketer, I enjoy speaking to marketing teams. I also know the importance of having executives, leaders, and human resource professionals in the room to discuss DEI initiatives. As an inclusive marketing speaker, my presentations provide a holistic approach by combining principles from marketing and human resources. If you are looking to take your DEI efforts up a notch with a comprehensive approach to inclusive marketing take a look at my topics:
