The End of Judgement by Kayla Sokoll-Ward

December 17, 2018 by Ngome

The end of judgement begins at your curiosity.

In this Tedx Youngstown Kayla shares with us an unique story about her Uber ride and connecting with people.

Kyla Sokoll-Ward is a speaker and coach on a mission to change the way we show up as leaders. Using vulnerability as her superpower, she challenges us to lead and relate to one another in more authentic ways – even when it means revealing the parts of ourselves that we’ve been taught to hide.

Kyla Sokoll-Ward is a self-empowerment coach on a mission to change the way people relate to themselves, others, and their obligation to be bigger in the world. Her work asks the question, “Who do we get to become when we decide that we are no longer limited by our fears?” A deep believer in the magic that comes with simple intentionality, Kyla aims to live in the power of vulnerability and help others dismantle their fears, ignite their truth, and leave with an empowered sense of self that can revolutionize the way we love, live, and lead.
