A lot of times we consider health and fitness as our diet and exercise. Which is very important, but what about the other areas of our lives. For example, eye, dental, and general exams. I’ve taken care of those recently. in addition, to seeing a chiropractor weekly, my therapist and massages on a monthly basis.
