Dr. Reagan Flowers created CSTEM (Communication-Science-Technology-Engineering-Mathematics) Teacher & Student Support Services, Inc, the first integrated Pre K through 12th grade STEM enrichment program in the nation. In this episode we discuss the basics of CSTEM to the educational disparities from a community to a global level. Dr. Flowers also provides great insight on how she has maintained her organization over 10 years and being recognized by the White House.
